SleeTech ("we", "us") is a custom software development studio based in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, Malaysia, operating the website sleetech.cc. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

When you contact us through our website form, WhatsApp, or email, we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, phone number, email address, and the description of your project or enquiry.

We also collect basic, non-identifying technical data common to most websites (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working well.

3. How we use your data

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange discovery calls, prepare proposals, and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

We may occasionally contact you about your ongoing project or enquiry. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored on reputable, access-controlled cloud services. We limit access to the people who need it to respond to you, and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Records connected to contracts may be retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further processing. To exercise these rights, email us at sales@sleetech.cc and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is largely static and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, they will be privacy-respecting and this policy will be updated.
